Not as of Belle Rose 2012. I was put in 2 seconds to fast. Made the run Got passed at the 1/8 mile mark by an SS/AM car. Stayed in it to see what was wrong, lifted just short of the finish. And missed an instant hit by .001. Was told by NHRA I had to rerun it the next day. I was having trouble holding air in my slicks. So I instected them in the daylight and found they were worn past the holes. They had the chords so frayed it look like it was leaking spaghetti. I just redlighted and drove up the track. I could see me getting out of shape and tangling with a 170 mph car.
You are responsible for checking the dial ins. The tower is responsible for checking the indexes
