The only thing that I would explain further is that, during eliminations, the CIC (Competition Index Control) penalty is equal to the second digit after the decimal point of a run more than .50 under the index. For example, a run of .51 under incurs a penalty of .01 for the next round, a run of .56 under incurs a penalty of .06 for the next round, and a run of .61 under incurs a penalty of .11 for the next round AND .01 permanent.
