Exactly Jeff! Obviously Bill doesn't have a "combo" that has been effected by a FWD car hammering it with HP!

To help him, and any other Super Stock racers that don't understand why this change is necessary, here we go:

If said FWD conversion car is running GT/CA with combo A, and goes 1 second under time and time again, triggering a review in GT/CA, a RWD car running combo A CANNOT run GT/CA, to lower that average. It only fits into lower classes, therefore, even though the engine family average may be well under the .85 under mark, the combo still gets HP based on the GT/CA class average!
