If you want to get pissy go ahead. The guy you sold the car to ran it with a bad lifter and took about 1/4" off the lifter and killed the cam lobe. He is not the most mechanicly inclined guy.
Since you brought it up the car came to him with a bogus carb on it. I guess you have no knowledge about that huh Eric? How about the weight bar behind the bumper,which was pointed out to us by a very accomodating NHRA tech man? And the wiring job from hell. If I went with him to get the car when he picked it up I would have cracked him in the crueller when he handed over the money.
As far as I was told the carb approved was a 950CFM. I might have been wrong about that. I'll get back about it.
