What a difference a day makes. Yesterday's clouds have parted, leaving a gorgeous blue-skied sunny Sunday for us. It was cold this morning with overnight temps in the 40s, but with little to no wind and the sun out, it didn't feel to bad. Stock was even quicker than Friday, with a DA just into positive territory. Harold Costello suffered a bad meeting with the wall in the shutdown area. EMS took him out, but reported he was alert and responsive.

It's warmed up quickly, turning into a picture-perfect day for racing. The DA was still only about 700' for Super Stock, running .04 quicker than even Friday's excellent conditions.

All weekend long, people have been continuing to talk about the Class Nationals, from big thank yous to 'I'll be there next year!'. The enthusiasm has been overwhelming -- we appreciate it so very much! We got to present John Dinkel with the Honda generator from Bagley Tractor & Equipment, and Altronics presented Jim Clark with a new Performaire PA-2 Weather Station for the Perfect Dial award, as he was the first driver to run Dead-On with a 0!

We're into Alcohol final qualifying and a boatload of other stuff to follow. It will likely be this evening before we see Rnd 2.
