Stock style domes with valve reliefs, yes. A dome designed for the true BOSS head wouldn't be very efficient in an inline aftermarket head like the AFR 1399 but a dome with reliefs designed for the AFR would. You have to watch the math and keep it to a max CR of 10.5:1, 10.1 cc dome and a .047 gasket, though.

You can build a better combo without being the BOSS.
