Enforcing the current rules is alot easier than people think. 98% of the bogus heads can be found using just the qualifying sheet. Any stocker that runs more than one second under has had some bogused up stuff done to the heads. Surely there will be racers attacking my comment but you can only lie to yourselves!!!!!!
