Not to completely hi-jack Daryl's thread here but like many others that
movie left an indelible impression on my mind.
It is significant because several of my friends and I had heard about
the movie and we all piled into my best friend's almost new '69 B5 blue
Plymouth Roadrunner 383 with 4-speed and air grabber to go and see
it at the Napoleon, Ohio Drive-In Theatre.
Watching
that movie in
that car was a total testorone male bonding moment
with all eyes glued to the screen for the duration. This car made the same
sounds as Kowalski's and the ride home was, shall I say, memorable!
