Can anyone shine any light on when you are required to have a trailer/ tow vehicle inspection, in Illinois? How about some clarification on trailer/truck plates (ie. TB TC TD)
I just thought you give your title information to the DMV people and they issue you the correct plates, but I'm told mine are wrong...... HELP!
