My Stocker T-Bird has run a best of 1.51 60ft with a real stock suspension. ( and that was with a short 26 " front tire)
It has run several 1.55 60 footers

* Stock 1986 upper and lower control arms ( unboxed)
* Stock 1986 quad shocks still hooked up
* Some industrial belting wound up inside the right coil spring (to help level the car on launch)
* Air shocks are the only non factory issue item on the car's rear suspension.

I have no idea what the pinion angle is.

It works, so I leave it alone.
