I do live in a dry climate and the car does sit on an open trailer. The slicks are on it only during the racing season. Normally when I`ve had the slick`s sidewalls start to crack, typically it`s only the outer sidewall and it`s after about 3 years. These are worse on the inside sidewall where I haven`t used any tire dressing. Next time I order I`ll ask when they were made. Thanks for the tip.
