I ran them on factory roller blocks with the step on the nose of the cam. Just call the performance counter at Scoggin Dickey parts. They are located in Lubock, TX. Great guys to deal with. I don't have their number in my phone, but you can google them.
They had them in stock whenever I needed them. I saw zero gain when I bought my Jesel either. Saw nothing other than not having to pull the dampener, timing cover or water pump to move the cam.
