Something like this:

Think file folder labels printed on sections of heat shrink tubing. Use a label maker to type the label, slip it over your transbrake wiring group and burn it down. Then your wires are "Clearly marked and labeled". It sounds expensive but so is a zillion different colors of mil spec write.
