I agree with Ed .
Not too many S/SS cars run coolers any more.
On the Super Class cars I build ,where trans coolers are very important ,I use hi temperature hydraulic hose rated for 500 deg and 3000 psi burst strength.
It's far cheaper than braided and it's designed for hot hydraulic oil .
You can have most hose shops make them in # 6 hose with crimped on 37 deg JIC ends to adapt to the Jiffy tite ends .
