Should be on 10" wheels. When I ran 9" Hoosiers, on 10" wheels, I used 24 to 26 psi. You will use more air on wider wheels. Every radial I have used liked wheels 1" to 2" wider than the tread area. With the air needed for the wider wheels, it has always been faster, but with the added air my tires never slipped. No glue or screws on any of mine, just mounted clean and dry.
