Another note on medical cards.... You must present your card to the dmv. When your medical card expires your CDL is suspended until it's renewed and brought to the registry. After 1 year you loose your CDL.

The biggest piece of advice I can give is pay attention to lane restrictions for comercial vehicles and stay out of those lanes, even with a open trailer.
