Does anyone know if you can park in a stacking line at Topeka starting on Sunday night?

I had planned on going to Norwalk this weekend and Topeka next weekend but the weather forecast has me considering Great Bend this weekend instead of Norwalk. I've got to come back to IL to work Mon-Thurs so staying at Great Bend and then going to Topeka in the middle of the week isn't an option. If I could leave the rv/trailer out there, I could have dad drive another vehicle out there to bring back home and save some diesel fuel.
