From someone who has been around big corporations in management I can tell you once you get a boys club in place it is hard to change the mind set for operations.
A huge mind set change is what NHRA needs which will mean a change at the top and many of the underlings.
Without that nothing will change.
With NHRA I have no idea on how to facilitate that change without a owners/shareholders/members vote of some kind which will never be allowed under the current rules for the so called non profit.
