I hear you,, if you're going to resize both the fuel line and pickup,, you'd want the correct fittings to finish the resizing,, therefore modifying part of the tank,which is not allowed, so they've created a "grey area" once again, in rules interpetations. I'm not going to tell anyone how to construct their own car,, but if its me,, I'm going with a fuel cell, putting this behind me and moving on to the next area of construction. My 2 cents.
