I don't use the "second car" formula. BottomBulb, because the speed recorded in drag racing is NOT the speed of the car at the finish line. The speed on the timeslip, (of any timing system in drag racing), is a theoretical speed the car SHOULD HAVE achieved thirty-three feet BEFORE the finish line. Therefore, it's totally useless in figuring an exact distance AT the finish line.
