I understand your dilemma but 2 things come to mind here-- This is a minibike /moped type of vehicle right if so???--First your scooter is very susceptible to theft---Second your scooter is out in the weather all the time---Personally I think cuz of these 2 situations I would find a place to put it inside----Just my opinion but there has to be somewhere you can store it inside---Look a little harder!!!!
