It seems to me that with all the controversy -

The simplest thing NHRA could do is -

Eliminate class racing and heads up races in eliminations.

No need to ever adjust HP

All that would be left is class records

How many classes have more than a couple of "hot dogs" that are the "class" of the class.

Every one of them would draw fire here on this forum.

Back off guys - be careful what you wish for - ggeezzee.
