Kevin,

For a SBF mini starter, the flange diameter is 4.180" (the lip on the starter). The bolt holes center to center are approximately 5.275" apart. The bottom bolt is located at the center line of the flange housing, whereas the top bolt is offset by approximately 1.400" to the center line.
