I've gotten rods approved before but it was before NHRA had these tables so maybe now it is more difficult as indicated by Alan.

I'm just saying it CAN be difficult, not that it has to be. Wesley and Bob have considerable input, but the parts and the spec sheet went to Glendora, and the inspection/approval happened there. Wesley helped in both cases, and Bob in one. But neither did the actual inspection/approval.
