If it helps, I had a GK 431-D camshaft that was 248 degrees duration @ .050" for both intake and exhaust, 110 lobe separation and .265" lobe lift. It was for 57-66 SBCs with the NHRA specs of 300 degrees duration intake and exhaust, 78 degrees overlap and the .398" valve lift. It was the first "cheater" cam I ran in the 283 Chevelles.
