First of all very nice car you have. If you only have a 3.480 or 3.500 stroke there was no need for a .900 base circle cam, Those small base circle cams some times tend to flex with alot of spring pressure and lifters don't like that and the lifters hanging out of the bottom of the bore which is alot of pressure angle is not a good thing.
I think clearance wise you may have a little to much if anything.
I guess roll the dice those lifters will let you know if they are not happy.
