I still want to see the language concerning the old muscle car, restomods, street machine type vehicles that may go to the track on occasion, but typically are just used for a toy on the street. I don't know of any locale that currently would go after a guy with a Hemi Dart that came new with a slant 6. Some states have Street Rod, Street Machine, Historic or other tags to address this. Is EPA planning to come down with new federal initiatives to overule years of precedent?
