The primary reason it was discontinued was that, unfortunately, very few people were using it even before the introduction of All Access. Interesting math, They subtracted a benefit but will bring you more in the future. You had one, now you have none. Soon you will have, in theory, anything greater than none. They can't lose. As far as they can see. Which isn't far.
