There are many options. First question: Does your car have 9 or 10 inch drums at present? Second, do the parts, and/or tread width, have to meet rule specs?

There are aftermarket kits, and also later Mopar parts that will give you anything you need.
If you already have 10 in drums, I'm pretty sure the later large bolt pattern hubs and drums will work (I would have to double check). If you have 9 inch drums, the spindle needs to be changed to use factory 10 inch parts. There are after market kits for disc brakes, that work with the 9 inch spindle. Also the later year Mopar "A" Body disc brake parts can be used, to up grade.
If you need more info, send me an e-mail at flturbo6@aol.com and I will give more details.
