In 2011 I took my 2012 Camaro SS straight from the dealer and weighed it. It was 3760. It had zero options. That is also with about 500 lbs of stuff that you can legally remove under today's rules. I sent my findings to Chevrolet and the answer was basically "we know".
How many pilot cars do you think are built without options and weighed with minimal gas in the tank?
