$10.00per night per person (2) for 3 nights = $60.00 per couple. Assume it is all profit since it is likely that no additional expenses will actually be incurred. Security and gate management will be necessary for the zoo crowd with or without racer campers. Of this 60.00 profit at least 35.00 will go to pay state income, property, and sales taxes AND federal income taxes. $25.00 remains for the track owner. Maybe they make too much money...maybe they will go broke...maybe they will sellout to a developer.
Free markets work. Pay and stay or leave and have fun exploring Minnesota. Just remember where those rich people that need to pay more taxes get the money to pay "their" tax bill. Elections have consequences.
Some racer should buy the track and do it "right"😉🏎💸🎉🇺🇸
