Now that you asked about shock location, NHRA will say it's OK if you put them where ever you want! That way they don't even have to bend over to look under the cars at all. Where does stock mean stock any more. As long as he looks like the year it's declaring, it'll pass tech. Oh yeah, but don't let your seat belts go one day over 2 years.
