So I would welcome them with open hands and Open Pits as early as possible on a first come first serve with only one pit space being able to be saved for one friend only .
I would have all kind of services availability for them and their wives and friends . such as a tour or RV services or another service to make MY Customers feeling needed and happy to spend their money with my track .
Now since a track has to pay for overhead I would even charge an early fee to cover the early overhead costs that was create . The fee would be moderate and fair for all cause the racers are the entertainment in most causes and in most cases would not mind paying for this .
The early pitting would alleviate the huge rush for the late arrivals so there would be no need to hire extra staff all Pitting would be much orderly and calmer
