Ed, Ed, Ed, It would take a lot of capital but I at one time did a spread sheet showing how the debt would be paid back in about 15 years > looked for this but i could not find it . . A person has to use the place for other events as well as renting out for conventions as well another 50 or so profit center ideas i just touched on a little part of the business plan i had 15 years ago at one time I was ready to do this but time has gone way to fast for me you will just have to dream lol.Ed You crack me up at times .
