Many times the hitch on the RV's extend back longer than a traditional one even on a pusher. Ours has some very straightforward reinforcement and it looks very striping,mwe pull a 24 foot trailer without a toad. I have seen a few and heard of many more that had the hitch fail if they were not beefed up. The reinforcement looked basic and would not be expensive on a pusher, because the hitch is the only area needing it. Most gasser RVs need a more complex frame reinforcement. I have heard the Ford Chassis RV s are better if you are looking at gassers.
