Appreciate all the responses on the thread, I think I'm going to bring my car in knowing it's about 30-40 lbs heavy at my first event and see how it goes. I'll have some easily removable small types of weight in it and I'll be able to adjust with fuel weight after that.
Brian, I was in the truck scale business for a number of years and believe me, some of these scales leave a lot to be desired. Play safe, have some extra weight with you and always weigh before you make a pass. As some of the other guys have stated, if it's a windy day, add a few pounds.
