Most of the Chrysler lifters have no band , and no holes drilled for any flow to the pushrod seat . Jesel makes a keyway lifter, that will oil through the pushrods, to work in a Hemi , but with the bushings, and all the machine work , it gets real pricey . If someone made a lifter that was similar to the way a Chevy lifter works, but for a Hemi , then that would solve the problem . Then a guy could buy hollow style pushrods , and oil the rocker balls directly through the pushrods. That is what I am looking for.
