The air bags have small leaks rubber is cracked or dry rotted due to age and mileage. Replace them with Arnott bags and maybe new shocks while you are at it 2-3 hours repair about $90 for the bags and whatever you want to spend on shocks we used Bilsteins total of about $ 250-300 depending on what you do and where you buy your parts.
