Roll everything back to 1980 rules.
(This one won't fly, due to financial loss.)

#2, Let it fly, until it morphs completely into Bracket II .
(There's probably a few who want the delay boxes too, but we'll go with II for now)
#3, JUST STOP, NOW. NO changes for 5 years.
This would include..No new HP combos before Indy for the FX cars.
