It's easy to fix...................................
If you paid by credit card just dispute the charge and get your money back and let NHRA try and justify to the credit card why they should be able to keep your money and not supply the product....
Since the only thing that NHRA understands is $$$$$$$$$$$$$ this might get their attention..........
