It was run that way years ago. If I remember as it was told to me (now I may be wrong here, and if I am then never mind)...it really killed the car counts, as the same people (ie. record setters) kept winning. Talk about taking a knife, aaah fist, to a gun fight. This would really be a case of (with rare exception) of he or she with the most money wins. The people will really understand the adage "How fast do you want to go, and how big is your bank account?"

Just lower the indexes!
