I am no expert on HTML 5, but that appears to be the format. I am a windows desktop user, and have 2 browsers. My Firefox browser doesn't like HTML5, so I use Google Chrome browser when you tube videos won't play. The Google browser has a built in player, and works good for some things. Down load Google chrome and see if it helps.

Also, the videos appear to play better if I watch it a minute after its live. Live video doesn't always load fast enough.
