I'm 99 % certain it is completely through the deck. Threads are damaged in the hole already so it needs an insert. I am a little nervous that an insert may force the crack open once loaded.

It's just a street engine 427 11:1 SRP stock crank and rods so not fancy but not looking to build a steamer either.
