Bill Dyer's 1.588 under run in his 2010 Cobra Jet was certainly impressive. But don't think it was the combination that makes the car so fast. Bill is a pretty sharp guy - not only with engines but with the clutch and transmission too. And he has help from some of the sharpest stick shift racers in the country like Rob Turkal and Jim Schaechter.
Larry Hill and Charlie Downing. Charlie was making a pretty good case to put AFHS back in place at Indy not only to make the racing more interesting but to get some of the Horse power combinations addressed more quickly. If you have comments on this please start a new thread.
