-Saturday is a test-and-tune day. Cars are not called up in sessions; you simply go up when you want to make a run. We usually have our own dedicated lanes (generally lanes 1 and 2). First round will be called around 2:30 or so. Bye run will be chosen at random.
-Sunday, everyone gets two (2) time trials. Generally the classes being raced are S/SS, Footbrake and Electronics. There is also T-n-T, though many less cars than on Saturday. Bye run for S/SS will be best reaction time during the second time trial.
Both races are random pair for round 1. Cars are laddered for round 2 both days, by winning reaction time. In case of a tie, closest to the dial is the tiebreaker. If still a tie, the car doing it first gets the higher spot on the ladder.
Race is open to all NHRA and IHRA-legal Stock and Super Stock cars, as well as Nostalgia/SS (based on NMCA and/or 422 All-Stars rules). S/SS cars must dial the Index or quicker (IHRA Indexes are used; i.e. A/SA 11.30, SS/AA 10.00, etc). N/SS may dial in as they wish (13.00-quicker only).

This will be the final two races of the year for the Tri-State SSS Association. Also the final Class Racing event in the northeast for the season. This will be my twenty-third straight year going to this race. It is always a great way to wrap-up the season; to see your friends/fellow racers, race, and win some good money. Yes, it can be chilly at times. Other years, it has been sunny and in the low eighties.
