Yes, Jack is from Nokomis - I believe he still lives there as well. I am pretty sure he still has 'Scrap Iron' in a shop he has down there (at least he did a few years ago), though I am not sure what condition the car is in. Jack worked with Tim Wilkerson on the LRS sponsored Funny Car for several years but he is retired now. Awhile back I had heard he was having some health issues, I am not sure how he is doing now.
