On the Grunge/Grudge thing, since Seattle is home of the Grunge music scene, maybe they mean Grunge Grudge? And why "grudge"? These people have nice cars, so why are they always so angry? With the way Street Outlaws yell, cus and throw money around, NHRA should sanction them and make a ton of cash from fines.
I went to the Bremerton Grudge and around 6 cars showed to run for $5000 to win. And they seemed like they didn't really want to race. Late for lane call and such. Imagine throwing that kind of cash at class or bracket racers. The John Kilroy Footbrake Race (Bremerton) drew 190 cars for a purse of about $9000 split among winners and runners up.
