They apparently cut the video feed just before sportsmen started running. I had intermittent audio.. it would come on and go off. I contacted customer service and was told they "couldn't replicate my problem" so to try a different browser....they suggested chrome or firefox and those are the two browsers I use. I guess they didn't want to admit that they cut the feed. Happened several times last year too...
