Charlie, everybody on these forums knows of me and I know who you are too, though not before I looked you up. I’ll formally introduce myself next time our paths cross.

You’ve got me on actual racing years but probably not much from being a hot rodder which I guess officially started with my first car, a 68 Chevelle in 1977.

That said, sorry to hear you’re going back to bracket racing. Not that it’s a bad thing, certainly makes more sense from the $ you can compete for, it’s just another hit to the division Car count, but I hear you with you being worn out. This was our first full season competing and I’m worn out from the race day, last minute drama with the Car, no mind the driving all over the east coast. Meanwhile, my son who was a rock star flying into/out of the last 2 out of division races wants to compete in a second class next season. oh well, at least we get to spend the weekends together.

I pay all the bills too, this class racing clearly ain’t about the $. Spent more $ this season that I have ever before, including an engine freshen mid season, done in 2 weeks time including shipping so we could make Atco.
