BS the fires are not causing this - just NHRA mantra.
In my considerable opinion and vast extensive expertise.
Only the actual local server being down could stop it briefly but the internet is way more robust and bullet proof. It would be substituted on line and service would resume in minutes.
No mater - it is effed up - one way or another.
